Engage with and enable our customers and key decision-makers, delivering a connected customer engagement experience and driving customer satisfaction, through digital sales excellence, empowered by world-class data, marketing systems and platforms.
Orchestrate sales process and customer journey leveraging the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology to increase win rates and customer satisfaction.
Scaling by co-selling with Selected Partners by leading the sales process for key opportunities and supporting the Partner for other opportunities.
Envision Industry-aligned, customer-centric solutions with Business Value Insights with a pursuit team of technically intense workload experts and partners
Build pipe by leading with industry, using digital signals & insights to prospect, network, identify, engage & nurture with right BDMs, align & gain account team commitment, plug into cross solution sales motions and execute discipline in lead management, opportunity qualification, opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal commitment while maintaining a high level of customer engagement across both digital signals and opportunities.
Share best practices, learnings, and customer insights with stakeholder groups to elevate team capabilities and drive change based on insights and work in a collaborative, and dynamic teaming environment with account executives, solution specialists, technical resources, and partner teams
Leverage the Microsoft partner ecosystem to scale and complement solution selling.
