A Typical day:
The Program Manager should be an expert in branding communications and storytelling as they would be required to pitch Strategic Initiative ideas and their execution details to the senior leadership within the organisation. This role will be a very high visibility job.
They would manage strategic programs by establishing clear project plans, defining milestones and priorities. Ensure timely communication of status updates, manage expectations, and report any obstacles to stakeholders.
The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional leadership and partners including Finance, Legal, Partner, and EX to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of initiatives.
