The position
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing hardware and software for burn-in test solutions for silicon components, ensuring their reliability and performance. Your expertise in semiconductor testing, burn-in processes and hardware design will be critical in ensuring the quality and longevity of our products.
What will your job look like:
  • Responsible for test programs design, development, conversions and bring-up for HTOL and Burn-In, Qualification and prototype testing.
  • Integration and test optimizations for high volume manufacture Burn-In at OSAT.
  • Complete pre-validation and debug of test content on ATE prior to system bring-up.
  • Design and develop Burn-In hardware systems and boards, including PCBs and test sockets, for HTOL, Burn-In, ESD, Latch-up, etc.
  • Create detailed test plans that specify the test conditions and data collection methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and OSATs to define the DFT, testing quality assurance and production test requirements.
  • Test execution: Oversee and manage the integration, burn-in testing process, monitoring equipment performance, and addressing any issues that may arise during testing.
  • Data analysis, Documentation, Quality Control and Continuous Improvement activities.
All you need is:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in semiconductor tests programming, testing equipment, ATEs, burn-in hardware, and test engineering.
  • Proficiency in designing and building burn-in hardware systems, including experience with thermal management solutions and burn-in chambers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret test data and make decisions.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and software used for test data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and OSATs.
  • Acquaintance with automotive industry semiconductor test and Q&R requirements, standards and practice.
  • Hands-on with hardware design tools, testers, and test software.
  • Excellent knowledge in English.
