Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing, material, mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering, or related field AND 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment/repair
  • OR Master's Degree in manufacturing, material, mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment /repair
  • OR 7+ years equivalent experience
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in working in the factory environment, a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated work experience and in-depth understanding of the technologies specific to consumer electronics are considered significant pluses.
  
• Significant experience and/or expertise in many of the following areas:
  
  • Ability to interact with Sr. management (internal and external).
    
  • Program/project Management.
    
  • High volume consumer electronics manufacturing.
    
  • Broad understanding of the hardware manufacturing industry, business and legal intricacies.
    
• Experience and knowledge in factory operations (end to end).
  
• Well rounded skill set (Engineering, Supply Chain, Compliance, - product knowledge, finance, people management).
  
• Negotiation skills and the ability to participate in the closure of complex manufacturing problems.
  
• Outsourced manufacturing management.
  
• Experience working with engineers and product development professionals.
  
• Experience directly managing and leading a technical team.
  
• Manufacturing Materials Management.
