You will gain knowledge and experience in multidisciplinary edge cutting fields.
Gain project management and people management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main interface between the Product Line, responsible for defining the requirements, and the HW group, responsible for implementation.
- Define modules and sub-systems, clarify requirements, communicate tradeoffs, and facilitate the resolution of obstacles.
- Translate project objectives into sub-systems and areas of responsibility, creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Manage and mitigate risks throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with the HW team to define the required CnF/PODs (Criticality andFeasibility/Proof-of-Design)for high-risk sub-systems.
- Ensure the HW team builds and maintains an achievable correct project plan.
- Work closely with the team to create setups to test the sub-systems and develop off & on-tool integration plan.
- Lead and manage "Taskforces" for important field escalations and multidisciplinary problems, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Track and communicate DFx (Design for Cost, Reliability, Testability, Maintainability, etc.)
- Ensure that project execution adheres to the organization's established "Product Development Process" to maintain consistency and quality.
- Actively contribute as a member of the HW R&D staff promoting the growth and development of the organization.
