As an ERP Consultant you will be exposed to business processes of variety of industries and you will be a part of a team who add value to business processes by including business process re-engineering, process standardization, industry best practices and including controls.

Working as an independent consultant, you'll enjoy the freedom to adapt and excel in various environments, while assisting clients in selecting the right ERP system. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding professional experience, allowing you to shape and enhance the operational efficiency of businesses across multiple sectors.

To qualify, candidates must meet with the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MIS, Business Management, or IT Business Information Systems from a recognized university
• Proficiency in world-renowned ERP solutions
• In-depth knowledge of business processes, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives, and Value Stream Mapping
• A problem-solving mindset and effective decision-making abilities
• Excellent client service and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous research proficiency
• Expertise in vendor/client relationship management
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and the ability to work with minimum supervision

Candidates would be at an advantage if they possess:

• Full/part qualification in Finance (CIMA,CA Sri Lanka or ACCA)
• Qualification in Business Process Management & Improvement (Six Sigma/ Lean/Similar qualification)
