Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working within the startup ecosystem.
- This is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Portuguese and English with local stakeholder.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of the startup ecosystem in Brazil.
- Understanding of developers facing technologies.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in a changing and ambiguous environment.
- Ability to develop and implement ideas, and the discipline to manage different projects to deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for both public speaking and to share narratives to executives.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in program management, working with global cross-functional teams.
