Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Have experience in closing deals (M&A and PE capital raise) is critical
• Extensive experience of developing pitches independently
• Comprehensive understanding of financial modelling and valuation
• Knowledge of deal structuring- commercials (both strategic and PE/VC deals) • Be well aware of rules and regulations that apply to M&A deals
• Have good working experience of financial analysis and strategy
• Positive attitude and high commitment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Project management/time management

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• CA or MBA (preferably from a premier institute) with a good academic background • 5-9 years of relevant post qualification experience
• Preferred - Investment Banks, M&A teams of large Banks, NBFCs or Insurance
companies and have successfully closed deals, Private Equity / Venture Capital firms
