Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
3 years of experience in Conversational AI technology.
Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Experience building or leveraging AI Solutions or ML APIs and developing applications utilizing AI methods or frameworks.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently, this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Spanish with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with contact center technologies and platforms and building conversational applications.
Experience with building and using AI (e.g., ML APIs, Machine Learning templates, RAG, LLMs).
Experience in coding using Java, C++, or Python.
Experience with documents and image AI.
Ability to communicate in Portuguese fluency to communicate with team members.
