You will be interacting daily with a wide variety of teams and individuals at all levels of the organization and in multiple time zones. You’ll be liaising with SME across organization, diving deep to understand the technologies we deploy; you’ll build on these relationships to help refine and improve our deployments and processes. While you’ll main focus be across Asia Pacific, you may find yourself supporting projects in other parts of world. - Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
- Conversant with leading-edge technology including software, hardware and robotics
- Experienced in leading teams through setup and configuration of software, hardware, and robotics projects
- Ability to perform onsite hardware and software support during initial system deployment
- Proven experience leading overall end-to-end project delivery including resources, Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), schedule and vendor management.
- Committed to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Willingness to travel 75% of the year
- Business-level Japanese and English

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level
- Experience working with and managing third party vendors
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
