You will also work closely with the User Experience Team (HUE) helping to create user-centered designs for products and services that differentiate our brands in the marketplace for Europe.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Analyze customer data to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement research methodologies to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in market research and customer marketing.
Key skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using market research tools and software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preffered.
- Experience in the customer marketing industry.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical analysis techniques.
