Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or Related- 3 years hands-on experience on customer enablement, debug or/and system validation.
• Experience in reviewing/developing board schematics and layout- Knowledge onUSB/DP/Thunderbolt/PCIe/SoClevel protocols .
• Experience in supporting technical issues/questions either from customers or peer customer engineers.
• Experience in identifying, triaging and debugging problems.
• Experience in providing technical training, consultation, and assistance in areas of architecture, technologies, SW and HW developments etc.
• Experience in working with remote teams.
• Self-disciplined and independent worker, but still team player.
• Willing to work extra-hours as necessary to support successful launches of Intel TCSS platforms that are under critical timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written English, good communication and presentation skills in front of technical audiences.
