Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field AND 7+ years’ experience in Supply chain management, Operations, Project Management, or Program management
• OR Master’s degree in Business/ Supply chain /Industrial management or Industrial Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years’ experience in Supply chain management, Operations, Project Management, or Program management
• 1+ years of experience in conducting or leading UAT/ Supply chain software testing / ERP testing or quality assurance.

Preferred Qualification:

• 8+ years of Supply chain and program management experience
• 3+ years of experience in UAT/ Supply chain software testing/ ERP testing or quality assurance.
• Demonstrate adept critical thinking skills and the capacity to navigate and resolve ambiguous situations effectively. Skilled at testing and onboarding processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Lean Black Belt certification, PMP Certification
• PROSCI Change Management certification.
• Proven track record of cultivating trusted partnerships, fostering collaboration across teams, coordinating multiple timeline and time zones, and successfully managing complex, cross-disciplinary projects.
• History of developing trusted partnerships, collaborating across teams, coordinating multiple timelines, and managing complex, cross discipline projects.
• Possess functional expertise and hands-on experience in supply chain management, encompassing sourcing, planning, and execution processes.
• Familiarity with prevalent industry methodologies, processes, and tools utilized in business roadmap management, ROI realization, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) development.
• Possess strong executive-level communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information for clear understanding.
• Demonstrate strong business and finance acumen, with the ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end supplier onboarding planning and execution.
• Collaborate with project teams, functional teams, and IT to understand business requirements.
• Overall resource planning and deployment
• Work with individual project teams and tests lead to develop UAT approach and provide support in setup of UAT.
• Coordinate and write test documentation including test plans, test scripts and report on findings
• Ensure adequate test coverage and independent review of test scripts
• Communicate onboarding progress with leadership and program team
• Track setup of requirements for UAT and ensure that the test environment and data are ready for testing
• Triage reported defects and problem solve when issues are found, collaborate with team members for solutions/mitigation plans
• Coordinate tracking of UAT progress and results management and report on the status and issues of UAT to the program stakeholders.
• Coordinate resolution and retest of defects and ensure that the test results are documented and approved by the end users.
