Program Control Specialist II As a Program Control Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a criticalrole in ensuring the successful execution and financial control of projectswithin Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). This role involves overseeing variousaspects of program management, including budgeting, cost control, scheduling,and risk management. You will report directly to our Program Control Managerand you'll work out of our Pune location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have an impact on the organization's financial health,operational efficiency, risk management, stakeholder relationships, and overallsuccess in delivering projects and programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the program controls functionfor projects and programs
• Develop and implement projectplanning and scheduling strategies
• Monitor and control project costs andbudgets
• Identify and mitigate project risksand issues
• Analyze project performance metricsand provide insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with projectmanagement standards and best practices

YOU MUST HAVE • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Experience with project planning and scheduling tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s degree (BE/B Tech – Electronics /Mechanical)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Business, or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering,Business, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP)certification
• Experience in a global organization
• Experience in managing projects in amatrix organization
• Strong negotiation and influencingskills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced andchanging environment
