Responsibilities include:
• Build presentations for governance meetings,
• Liaise with local and global partners to collect and discuss information;
• Collect, analyze and compile information for operational risk and controls reporting;
• Keep track of reporting deadlines, chasing partners to keep deliverables on schedule;
• Attend meetings and global calls with partner teams;
• Understand operational processes, control errors and root-cause analysis discussions;
• Assist on control design and execution;
• Monitor operational risk items in the firms systems;
• Read and analyze new regulations periodically;
• Assist managing regulatory supervisory activity, analyzing reports, contacting partners, providing information and filling out forms;
• Collaborate with project management, monitoring completion of tasks, chasing owners, reporting results, while also exercising critical process design thinkingQualifications include:
• Students of Industrial/Production Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law or Foreign Affairs, graduating in Dec/2026 or later;
• Fluent in English;
• Good communication skills (written and oral).
• Fluency in MS Office applications;
• Good organization and time management skills and the ability to be flexible to re-prioritize deliverables when needed;
• critical thinking, analytic/detail-oriented and controls-focused mindset.
