Responsibilities
- Perform Service/System monitoring and Event Management
- Perform Incident Management with low to moderate complexity and ensure customer SLAs are met
- Execute predefined actions (Recommended Actions) to resolve incidents
- Escalate major issues to the BTP Cloud Engineering or Development teams
- Drive customer communication during critical events
- Perform proactive Problem Management
- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities
- Engage in a cross-functional collaborative environment
- Work in a shift-based model:
- 2 day shifts from 07:00 AM to 19:00 PM
- 2 night shifts from 19:00 PM to 07:00 AM
- 4 days off
What you bring
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or related technical field is a plus. We encourage candidates from all academic backgrounds to apply.
- Essential knowledge and at least 1-3 years professional experience in cloud platforms, cloud infrastructure and cloud technologies
- Critical thinking and the ability to work efficiently in emergency situations
- Experience in monitoring, analyzing, and solving problems in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
