Basic qualifications
• Experience as managing teams of more than 5 engineers.
• Experience with engineering operations in a fast- paced environment.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Successful applicants must have the legal right to work in Ireland.Preferred qualifications
• Experience in building production software.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers.A day in the life
