Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Part of the GBS Hub, ensures that all relevant corporate guidelines are applied and followed up by GBS, in Reporting, Target setting, Forecast and Budget processes.

Drive the budget, forecasting and consolidation processes for GBS Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support budgets, quarterly forecasts, and related comments as well as challenge the results while measuring progress on own KPIs

- Assess and report on variances of GBS Budget and approved costs, ensuring delivery of accurate financial information, as well as provides recommendations to enable and drive fact-based decision making.

- Leads allocated projects, implement findings and ensure sustainability of achievements

- SPOC for the GBS Center Head in regard to the specific local Financial topics

- Provides ad hoc Analysis and Insights to Stakeholders

- Provide GBS recharge explanation and analysis for key stakeholders in NAM and LAM markets

- Partner with Continuous improvement to deliver key strategies that might enable the Hub to achieve its targets.

- Strong communication and facilitation skills

- Fluent English (verbal and written),

- Advanced user of MS Office suite of products

- Strong knowledge in the use of SAP FI through proven work experience

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- 5+ years’ experience working in relevant projects or initiatives

- Experience in a multi-national working environment
