Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience at a company developing supply chains [mfg and test] for new server and storage type products for the IT industry.
- 5 years of experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions for high volume and high complexity parts.
- Experience with data analytics and maintaining quality data systems.
- Experience in creating and executing a design validation test plan on a complex electronic assembly.
