Philips Order Management Specialist German PH team - fixed-term contract

Your role:

• Managing complex orders with the use of SAP and other supporting tools with reporting, monitoring and controlling order book data quality in an organized and compliant manner, keeping it well maintained and up to date including meeting the market’s fiscal and legal requirements on time and first-time right

• Being responsible for the end-to-end process of all types of Sales orders, from order intake to sales recognition

• Act as the point of contact to the logistics organization for assigned scope for order fulfillment subjects, coordinating customer inquiries, capable of resolving escalations.

• Direct contact and maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse, Pricing and Finance teams and other departments within Philips) in order to build customer satisfaction through a customer centric mindset

• Provide insights and recommendations through reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives

• Work with LEAN capabilities such as Daily Management, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving

You're the right fit if:

• You have 2 years of experience in matrix organization, within order management process

• You have good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results

• You can prioritize your work and have attention to detail

• You are fluent in both German and English languages (B2 or higher)

• You have knowledge of SAPor other ERP and Salesforce (would be an advantage)
