Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with Pricing team to ensure proper Reserves Programs are set up in the system;
• Calculate and analyze monthly Customer Incentive Offering for revenue reserve requirements for all Western Digital revenue entities, and prepare journal entries to record reserve adjustments as appropriate;
• Perform sales confirmation process at quarter end;
• Reconcile contra-revenue related accounts;
• Assist SOX Documentation Update and internal / external audits for Revenue function;
• Assist Revenue Accounting Manager and Sr Accounting Manager with ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Required :

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with 6 or more years of relevant experience in revenue accounting role.
• The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
• Experience with revenue transactions with distributor and OEM customers within the semiconductor industry a plus

Preferred :

• Proficient in Business Intelligence preferred; experience in Oracle Cloud environments a plus
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition fundamentals
• An excellent written and verbal communication skill in English is a must.
• Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people as a team member.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, as well to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding performer and obtain recognition in current jobs.

Skills :

• Familiar with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP system.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytics aptitude required
