Manage a team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)
Manage vendor department including exempt and nonexempt staff
Participate in budget and planning tasks
Contribute to planning, budget management, formulation of procedures, and resource planning
Recommend new work procedures and ensure adequate staffing
Resolve complicated and unusual situations through the utilization of in-depth specialty knowledge and evaluative judgements based on analysis of factual information
Partner with internal groups to recommend solutions or process changes negotiating with external parties when necessary
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of operational risks and control frameworks
Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Demonstrated analytical skills
Leadership and motivational skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
