Identify, prioritise and prosecute strategies to maximize Firm returns across client, product, cluster, funding, tax, capital treatment, booking model, distribution and technology.
Execute coordinated global strategies for each product suite with a specific focus on differentiated value propositions and breakout strategies to increase revenue and penetration of client wallet, whilst optimizing capital allocation.
Work with partners across specialist and multi-product Sales, Banking and International to execute on key levers for franchise / corridor growth.
Lead modernization of entire offering on a front-to-back basis.

Business Management
Responsible for end-to-end outcomes for the business with ownership of revenue, client growth & profitability.
Indirect, but active management of Operations & Technology to ensure product delivery within standards and reengineer existing products to gain scale and efficiency in conjunction with market expansion.
Define the technology roadmap for the business and ensure that Citi’s digital client proposition is best-in-class and achieve productivity objectives
Ensuring a robust data strategy is in place
Drive adoption of agile working practices and build a business committed to platform modernization and optimizing operations.
Risk & Control Business Management
Maintain strong risk and controls environment – through actions, culture mindset and long-term solutions.
Manage Risk for the business as described in Citi’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework – includes identifying risks, ensuring controls, escalating issues and leading corrective action plans as required. Drive continuous improvement in key risk & control metrics and strategies for reduction of operational risk events.
Partner with franchise management and control functions in leading and maintaining relationships with key regulators.
Talent & Culture
Responsible for recruiting, developing and managing a high performing team. Provide coaching and guidance to the team.

Requirements
20 years+ experience in leading large, complex client/product franchises globally
Deep understanding of Trade products and wider Services offerings
Inspiring leader with a proven track record of delivering excellence
Relationship skills to lead the interaction with some of the largest global clients
