What you'll do:
- Communicate and collaborate cross functionally, managing relationships with internal teams, key partners and stakeholders across the business
- Drive progress of our key strategic initiatives, leading multiple product teams and business segments through end-to-end technical projects
- Leverage your technical program management experience to successfully lead end-to-end projects and programs alongside our product engineering teams, mentoring and influencing peers, product teams, and leaders along the way
- Setting, clearly communicating, and tracking meaningful goals, managing your own deliverables as well as the progress of others, motivating the team to achieve the expected results, and holding them accountable for doing so, redirecting their efforts when necessary
- Identifying, tracking, and reporting out on various KPIs to measure the team's success

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
