Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and objectives.
• Design and develop engaging eLearning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and multimedia elements to enhance learning experiences.
• Ensure eLearning content is accessible, interactive, and responsive across various devices.
• Implement instructional strategies, including scenario-based learning, gamification, and microlearning.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the functionality and effectiveness of eLearning modules.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in eLearning development and visual design.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into eLearning projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in eLearning development, including storyboard creation, asset design, and course authoring.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Experience in video production and editing.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Animation skills would be a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing examples of eLearning projects, visual design work, and video production/editing.
