• Lead workshops to gather the information needed for fit-gap analysis or blueprints;
• Document functional requirements related to Finance and Controlling business processes;
• Advise clients on solution directions and the move to the new technologies (S4 HANA)
• Development of Prototypes/Proof-of-Concepts;
• Customizing of the SAP S4 HANA Finance or FIN-CO Module
• Coordinate, communicate and assign tasks within the team;
• Define and execute tests scenarios;
• Training of key-users and or business users

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
You are someone we are looking for if you have the following expertise:

• Proven experience in SAP FIN-CO implementation projects of at least 5 years with 2 years of implementations experience
• Experience in the areas of S4Hana Finance, FSCM (Credit Management, Collection Management), or Vendor Invoice Management is preferred.
• Successfully completed a bachelor or master studies in IT or Economics;
• Experience in a client facing role

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Diploma or Degree in relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar or related role.
• Involved in at least 1 implementation cycle for a SAP Finance project.
• Good configuration knowledge in SAP functional modules and Finance Accounting is a must.
• Possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills;
• Self-driven, detail-orientation
• Ability to work collaboratively and productively with globally dispersed teams
• Ability to manage ambiguity, yet producing tangible results
• Ability to effectively manage challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressure
