This role will work on E-Commerce flagship store setup, UX and buy flow optimization, digital innovation, project management, and execution across platforms like Tmall, Douyin, and mini-programs in WeChat or Alipay ecosystem
Minimum Qualifications
Bilingual in Chinese and English.
8+ years of relevant work experience in a leading digital creative agency, in-house marketing communications, or E-Commerce, Digital Marketing department.
Preferred Qualifications
E-Commerce/Social commerce experience is required.
Self-starter, self-motivated, self-sufficient.
Committed to excellence and an outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communicator, with great interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end web technologies.
Solid experience managing complex programs in fast paced and changing environments.
Able to organize information quickly and summarize succinctly.
Accommodate rapid change and ambiguity, and working under tight deadlines.
Able to communicate effectively one-on-one and in large groups.
