We are seeking a results-driven BIM Manager to lead digital delivery and design automation efforts on high-profile infrastructure and aviation programs across the Middle East, including major giga-projects. This role requires a strategic thinker and technical expert capable of driving innovation, aligning digital strategies with client objectives, and ensuring excellence in BIM and information management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage BIM delivery for major regional infrastructure and aviation projects.
- Develop and implement project-wide digital strategies and information management plans in alignment with ISO 19650.
- Champion automation, design technology integration, and digital twin initiatives across the design and construction lifecycle.
- Manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with Jacobs’ digital delivery frameworks and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training across BIM and design automation disciplines.
- Drive adoption of advanced tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revizto, Revit, Civil 3D, Dynamo, and Power Platform solutions.
