Sr. Quality Engineer

Purpose:

• Lead Quality engineers to improve product manufacture process and provide technical support to control product quality meet customer requirement.

Your role:

• Take part in process improvement activity to control Finished Goods internal rejects matching the annual target.
• Perform marketing return analysis to reach the goal of major product field return down continually.
• Lead Quality engineers to execute validation on time for new/repaired Mold or other new equipment and ensure the mold/equipment can be used in production with good quality.
• Provide technical support and methods to assist assembly line control product quality meet customer requirement and reduce quality cost;
• Sustain Process change (ECR/ECN) and ensure all related documents or samples are correct during the change.
• Follow up new product and confirm all quality requirement were identified and met before mass production.
• Lead and solve any quality issue that feedback from customer or internal, and verify the corrective and preventive actions must be effective.

You're the right fit if:

• Education: Bachelor or equivalent
• Experience: 5 years+ work experience in quality or Engineering Field.
• Competency and Skills:
• Understand ISO13485/ FDA 21 CFR 820 QSR, MHLW, ANVISA GMP (Brazil) and can use different QC tools
• Good Chinese and English Skill
• Positive & good communication skills
