Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities include:
- Interact with the client to understand the business requirements and implement the solution in the SAP Finance
- Manage and support the team to formulate the test plan, identify the testing requirements, review the test results, and guide them technically
- Guide and support businesses users with User Acceptance Testing
- Support the Cutover activities, Go-Live, Normalization and End User Training process
- Be a focal point for the client and internal team and manage the technical solutions
- Support the SAP practice on different internal activities and business development pursuits
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Has experience in implementation, managing and testing solutions in SAP HANA FINANCE
- Has used business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the Clients’ business environment to achieve the Client expected business results
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with the client, internal team and external to manage and drive technical solutions.
- Understands test management processes will be an added advantage.
- Should be able to lead client discussions in FINANCE and Lead team members and guide them to achieve project goals.
- ***fluent in French is required for this role***
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Has worked with offshore resources for project implementation.
- Has led or involved in POC (Proof of Concept) for new features in S/4HANA
- Has worked on Agile project and understands SAFe 5 Agile methodology and associated tools
- Has previously worked or participated in RFP (Request For Proposal) process
