Responsibilities

• Advise, counsel and influence the business leadership team in executing the business plan.
• Build strong relationships to partner effectively with a variety of constituents.
• Proactively manage risk to safeguard the company's reputation.
• Drive change through organization design and operationalization of organizational models.
• Advise on employee relations issues.
• Liaise with the Staffing team on acquiring key talent.
• Lead the year-end compensation process.
• Drive initiatives focused on employee satisfaction.
• Participate in global initiatives across the HR team.
• Manage relationship with Line of business and ability to manage LOBinteractions
• Partner with business to mitigate People/Legal risk
• Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization

Foundational Skills:

• 12+ total years of HR experience that includes 10 years as HR generalist supporting Global Market Operations, Deep Domain Operations – investment Banking
• HR Business Partner experience for Operations in Banking/Captives strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in client management around complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, org design/development, change management, compensation and employee relations.
• Excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management from a premier business school

• Deep technical HR competence with the ability to influence using a balance of Ops HR expertise, business acumen and relationship skills.
• Able to achieve results quickly in a fast-paced organization; thrives in a high intensity environment with multiple and competing priorities.
