Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with advertising agencies, ad networks, DSPs, and/or advertising technology companies.
Proficient in data analysis and comfortable with technology.
Ability to demonstrate leadership skills.
Ability to have a startup mindset and be detail-oriented, with ability to manage fast-paced environments.
Strong strategic skills with demonstrated ability to partner with sales and drive operational and strategic initiatives, involving cross-functional teams.
