Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Certification in ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Experience in a risk management, compliance or finance role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a sales compliance or agreement governance role, supporting a sales or finance function.
Experience in enterprise software or tech industry settings, including process and strategic improvements.
Ability to manage a varied and diverse workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Excellent leadership, team player, people management, and communication skills.
