Your role:

• Create and manage sales orders manually as well as monitor automated sales orders, supported by various channels

• Reporting on order receipts and order status

• Responsible for the administrative flow of all types of Sales orders from order intake to sales recognition.

• Prepare, organize, and lead weekly order book review meeting between factory and market

• Act as single point of contact to the logistics organization for assigned scope for order fulfillment subjects.

• Using SAP

• Responsible to release customer billing as requested by the market finance policy and create customer facing documents

You're the right fit if:

• You are fluent in both German and English languages (at least B2 or higher)

• You have professional experience in a matrix organization, particularly in customer service or supply chain(would be an asset).

• You are skilled user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• You have good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results

• You have the ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail

• You have knowledge of SAP or similar ERP (would be an advantage)
