About The Role

In this role, you’ll define and own the vision for AI-powered conversational tools that free salespeople from busywork and help them build stronger, more human relationships—faster, in ways the world hasn’t seen before.

  • You’ll lead one of the most strategic and high-growth areas within monday CRM: the Omnichannel team.
  • You’ll create and own the vision for our AI-powered communication strategy, building conversational AI tools that don’t replace human connection—they enhance it. Help sales teams engage personally, at scale.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM teams to ship products that drive adoption and real revenue.
  • Use data, experimentation, and user insights to shape the roadmap and prioritize what matters most.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 7+ years of product management experience , ideally in B2B SaaS platforms.
  • You’ve led high-impact product areas that solve real problems and have the business results to show for it.
  • You’re a visionary —there’s no playbook for AI-first product building. You’re ready to write it.
  • You’ve owned large product surface s, serving multiple internal teams or use cases.
  • You think like a founder —taking ownership, moving fast, solving real problems.
  • You’re data-fluent —comfortable running experiments, diving into metrics, and pairing that with qualitative research and deep user empathy.
  • You’re a strong communicator —able to align teams, inspire action, and earn the trust of C-level executives and cross-functional partners.
