Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in Marketing, including digital advertising, performance Marketing or B2B Marketing.
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently, to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in one or more of the following fields: growth, product, brand, social, or partner marketing or research.
Experience in go-to-market strategy with the ability to take initiative, provide breakthrough thinking and strategy, delivering large-scale or multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to develop new approaches to marketing tests. Strong investigative skills, comfortable with audience segmentation, channel selection and campaign measurement.
Ability to operate in a fluid environment and deliver insights from multiple data sources through executive communications and presentations.
