How will you make an impact?
- Manage the requirements definition and ongoing prioritization of the development teams' backlog.
- Serve as the bridge between R&D and outbound functions. Elaborate on requirements and drive execution according to the roadmap.
- Define detailed product requirements in alignment with PM requirements, and work with R&D to assure delivery of the right product/requirements
- Coordinate content prioritization & dependencies with other TPMs, according to Division strategy, standards, roadmap & global prioritization
- Support detailed definition of Product roadmap
- Work with architects, R&D, QA and 3rd party vendors to understand HL design, cross interfaces impact & architectural or non-functional features (FRD) and prepare for Sprint / build planningEnsure that the right technology as defined by Architect is in use
- Take decisions on usage behaviour as part of the user stories
- Provide support to Customer Support, Professional Services and Technical Presales teams for Product issues
- Deliver, in coordination with the Training team, technical training to relevant interfaces (Customer Support, Professional Services and Technical Presales etc.)
- Full ownership of the following aspects of the release:
- Prioritize R&D tasks including ongoing support SRs, in accordance with Product Management defined strategy
- Follow up on execution on a daily basis
- Take decisions that impact the direction for R&D execution within the sprint/build
- Cross-dependencies follow-up for internal release coordination
- Design and spec review, including performance tests and benchmarks, and sizing
- Escalation to PM in cases of conflicts
- Define release acceptance criteria
- Support the PM in the development of use scenarios for technical users (e.g. non-functional requirements, serviceability etc.)
- Review, give feedback & approve Product deliveries according to acceptance criteria within area of responsibility
- Technical documentation enablement
- Training material input and review
- Technical documentation input and review
- Release notes, Release notifications
- Communicate and coordinate with Professional Services: Patches coordination, support major projects
- Ensure the availability of a working environment for demo purposes
- Work with User Experience to ensure product usability
Have you got what it takes?
- 5 to 8 years of overall IT industry experience
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst / Product owner for an enterprise-class software Company
- Proven experience in the Communication Compliance domain
- Strong background in Unified Communications platform or recording - Big Plus
- Familiarity with Data Bases, UI design, Micro Service, Cloud applications and Azure Infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Vast experience with creating specifications (specifically the ability to understand business requirements) and delivering them to software teams
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English)
- Excellent business and technical writing skills (English)
- Background in Agile Development Methodologies, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Feature Prioritization while defining product specifications.
- Experience in a customer-facing position, ability to manage customer expectations
- Experience of working in a Global Company
