As a Data Operations Senior Manager within the Asset & Wealth Management team, you will be responsible for conducting independent analysis to identify patterns that lead to new inquiries and solutions through data collection, integrity, utilization, requirements, and analysis. You will apply your technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies across various applications of moderate scope. Your advanced technical skills will be utilized to support the design and development of metrics reporting and dashboards, enabling Operations Management to achieve their strategic objectives and ensure compliance with all controls, policies, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the delivery of information, insights, and solutions that inform business strategies and decisions by making recommendations for managing more complex situations
• Evaluate information and processes for analysis and reporting purposes
• Validate hypotheses, mitigates risks, and optimizes solutions
• Contribute significantly to the automation of manual processes
• Source and structure datasets to build graphical visualizations and programing decision-support dashboards, utilizing Intelligence Automation to help with operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and process optimization where strategic solutions are not feasible
• Collaborate on functional requirements from stakeholders and translates into technical and data requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in SQL (Structured Query Language) scripting
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in using Python
• Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient business comprehension to understand risk implications
• Experience in Data Management (Table/Views creation and maintenance)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of query writing and execution using data analysis tools
• Experience in automation such as Alteryx, UiPath, Xceptor is a plus
• Certification in Data Technology, Agile or other project management applications is a plus
