What you'll be doing:
Developing and achieving strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Establishing and cultivating robust relationships with key clients in semiconductor industry, ensuring their needs are addressed and solutions are effectively put into action.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver outstanding service and drive sales growth.

What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of at least 8 years in a sales role, with a focus on technology or related industries.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, adept at cultivating positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
Proficient analytical abilities and the capacity to leverage data for informed decision-making and sales strategy development.
Proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a global environment.
