National Events Coordinator
As ouryou’ll be joining our National Sponsorship and Events team to support the execution of strategic events and sponsorship activations as well as local initiatives with the aim of enhancing the brand, reputation, and relationships of the firm.
Your key responsibilities
- Assist the National Sponsorship and Events Team in organizing and executing a variety of events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events.
- Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.
- Support in arranging virtual events across different platforms
Skills and attributes for success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing you to collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience in event planning and execution.
- Competent in project management and multitasking.
- Experience in collaborating with external suppliers (venues, AV, caterers, etc.)
Ideally you'll also have the experiences and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your aptitude, attiude and wilingness to learn.
- Familiarity with a CRM system, CVent and an e-marketing tool would be a benefit
- A tertiary qualification in event management or a related field
- Experience in an event role within professional services or a B2B environment.
