WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for coordinating programs and activities for our organization. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as crafting and managing long term goals. You will also be managing head count, driving product quality targets, hosting program review meetings etc.

- You demonstrate a strong program management skills.

- Excellent communication skills, drive program/release deliverables on time, handle risk are important to success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.

- Crafting and managing long-term goals.

- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.

- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.

- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

- Analysing program risks.

- Drive release time lines

- Drive quality across products/leaders

REQUIREMENTS

- Engineering Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with 10+ years proven experience with 5+ years in program management

- Proven experience in program management methodologies water fall/agile/hybrid

- Experience in ALM tools like Jira, Confluence

- Experience and good knowledge on CI/CD

- Proven stakeholder leadership skills.

- Ability to drive multiple engineering programs

DESIRABLE (NOT REQUIRED):

- Experience in Python/PHP is an added advantage

- Share point, confluence
