• Collaborate with an agile scrum team in our Agile Release Trains (SAFe)
• Masterfully manage the product backlog, employing Jira and Mural to stay attuned to the evolving demands of users and stakeholders.
• Craft user stories that excel in effectiveness and user enjoyment, considering comprehensive process flows and user experiences.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, where automation, stability, and user-friendliness reign supreme.
• Develop intuitive, engaging solutions for SAP’s sales colleagues, always prioritizing the end-user experience.
• Utilize your outstanding communication skills to forge meaningful connections with stakeholders across business and engineering spheres.
• Develop and maintain the release schedule for the product and ensure on quality of the product delivered.
• Actively guide scrum team to achieve sprint goals with clear understanding on project requirement.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies with other teams and co-ordination across teams in different time zones.

What you bring

• 3-5 years in the field of business process design and requirements management.
• Proven experience in crafting innovative, efficient business solutions.
• Proven ability in merging business and engineering insights to craft seamless solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP’s extensive cloud solution portfolio.
• Proficiency in software engineering methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira.
• An emerging interest in observability and user monitoring tools.
• Degree in Engineering/Technology or Business and Economics or relevant field.

Fluency in English, with multilingual skills as a valued addition.
