Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- To create and drive high performance, consumer relevant footwear for Global BU Originals.
- Be the NAM lifestyle expert feeding insights into Global HQ Team to jointly shape the Global range direction.
Position the product segment using supporting analysis from market data and trends- Manage the range plan from product brief to commercialization including process (Calendar, SKU´s, Amortization….)
- Identify opportunities for growth and assist in the creation of the relevant category plan
- Drive and ensure strategic business plan targets
- Coordinate and provide support and partnership for and with Design, Development, Brand Communications, etc.
- Support in presenting the Category and Range both internally and externally (Meetings, Launches, etc.)
- Build consumer networks and customer relationships to ensure consistent product feedback
- Provide clear direction to direct reports and other members of the team
- Build relationships with relevant stakeholders across business units

- Have a strong knowledge of lifestyle footwear, fashion, and streetwear culture.
- A thorough understanding of consumer markets; prior product FTW creation experience necessary
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners as necessary
- Ability to provide product leadership, including ability to manage/mentor junior team members
- Strong presentation and planning skills
- Strong process and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Four year college or university, in Marketing/Business preferred
- 8 years product marketing or other related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
Employees are eligible to earn an annual bonus based on both company and personal performance. Employees accrue prorated flexible time off in the amount .4388 hours per day that increases with years of service, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year and Service Time Off during milestone years.
The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $173,000. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
