Profissional Requerido e Conhecimento Técnico• At least 15 years of work experience in SAP IS-U in a customer experience role (e.g., Program Manager, Architect, Consultant).
• At least 5 years of work experience as Lead Architect in SAP IS-U project.
• Proven track record of supporting senior client or internal stakeholders in variety of scoping, planning, execution and monitoring activities.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Business transformation through Application delivery in Utilities companies.
• Experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution SAP landscapes.
• Professional Training & Certification in SAP, such as SAP IS-U Certification.
• Proven knowledge of SAP Ascendant and SAP Activate methodology.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills at senior manager level both inside an IT team and across business functions.
• Demonstrable ability to define a project approach and identify the key factors and constraints; knowledge and competence in identifying risks, issues and dependencies.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Profissional Preferencial e Conhecimento Técnico
• Ideally, proven knowledge on migration to S/4HANA.
• Professional Training & Certification in Project Management as a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP operating model, SAP technology and change management.
• Strong evaluation and problem-solving skills: able to identify the real issue, and to anticipate requirements/dependencies and potential consequences.
• Logical reasoning: able to demonstrate rationale behind any recommendations and achieve consensus around proposed outcomes
