Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

· Identified of deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues

· Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them

· Understanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issues

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

A Chartered Accountant with strong financial acumen
Statutotry audit experience required, Big 4 firms preferred
Past DD experience is helpful

1-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Stat audit / due diligence
