Customer and Partner Engagements:
- Responsible for building and accelerating a high-quality Business AI pipeline through programmatic execution of 1:1 and 1: many Demand Generation campaigns
- Own and drive strategic AI programs including AI upsell, RISE inclusion, AI activation campigns.
- Run regular Internal and Ecosystem Enablement programs on new updates with Business AI to build and strengthen the community and help scale adoption
- Foster a strong conduit between the VAT team / customer accounts and development on key LoB / industry functionality needs
- Contribute to go-to-market plan for solutions, drive adoption and review solution success & analysis of customer insight
Program Design and Execution:
- Assist in the design and implementation of AI Business Development programs in collaboration with regional teams & Business AI product teams.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from ecosystem and customers to improve AI mindshare
- Ensure consistent delivery and execution of SAP’s Business AI messaging.
- Assist in adoption and ecosystem activation programs.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on program performance against defined KPIs, including supporting pipeline progression, bookings and adoption metrics
- Coordinate with sales, marketing and product development for cohesive performance tracking across Business AI
- Provide regular updates to Business AI leadership
Thought Leadership and Enablement:
- Serve as a face of AI technologies, trends, and best practices for select events in your region and globally
- Stay current with AI advancements and contextualize these advancements for the SAP Business AI portfolio
- Empower regional AI teams through knowledge-sharing and execution support
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in customer engagements or similar roles in cutting edge-technologies, including AI
- Experience engaging with customers and partners to drive AI demand generation & cloud software adoption
- Existing familiarity with the SAP Business AI portfolio and strategy is a plus

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced Degree or MBA is preferred
