- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience using data to generate insights and translating insights into operational actions that yield positive impact.
- Experience in project management, delivering results, with effective attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage engaging demands.
- Ability to conduct on-going reporting and data analysis, including but not limited to detailed tracking of event.
- Excellent data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening and critical thinking skills to enable consultative solutions.
