What you’ll do

  • Practice SAP Leadership Principles to drive simplicity, develop talent innovation delivering customer success. Drive consistent Solution Advisory processes, closely manage team budgets and cost.
  • Support programs to identify, develop and implement Solution Advisory next practices. Lead customer success with an HCM Solution Advisory team that is driven, insightful and curious.
  • Drive HCM deal qualification, strategic resource assignment, and account strategy in close alignment with sales. Continuous creation and delivery of continuous improvement contributing to budget, forecast, pipeline, wins through a strategic mindset approach.
  • Achieve and manage KPIs for Performance Goals Set and monitor objectives from Global Solution Advisory to support the Regional MU GTM plan with continuous improvements.
  • Resource planning, recruit & develop talent. Collaborate with all HCM Directors to define and communicate skill requirements and gaps.
  • Review and adjust compensation plans within budgetary constraints. Identify areas of development for team members working to define and execute a tailored learning plan.Foster continuous learning plus innovative improvements

What you bring

  • 7+ years of relevant Solution Advisory experience Proficiency in two or more application areas from SAP solutions, including HCM SuccessFactors Cloud domain.
  • Extraordinary presentation and written communication skills People Management experience, planning, building and motivating teams
  • Sales, budget, forecasting proven expertise, delivery of high-volume work packages
  • Bachelors degree Masters degree *Optional
