Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or project management in a technology/media/finance company.
Experience in extracting and analyzing data sets to develop insights and recommendations.
Experience in enterprise/Business-to-Business (B2B) technology/cloud sales.
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently as the role requires interactions in English and Japanese at fluent level and with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Understanding of integrated Go-To-Market in Enterprise software, with experience working with sales at B2B technology organizations.
Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, competing priorities, and working effectively in dynamic environments.
Ability to synthesize data and drive executive-level insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with ability to create relationships at all levels.
