Role Description

Working with the Regulatory Services Analytics & Reporting, your role requires you to;

• Analyze the problem the business is trying to solve for.
• Design and implement automation solutions using Python and Machine Learning
• Execute data analysis using a combination of Alteryx, SAS, SQL
• Translate data into meaningful business information.
• Recommend solutions for solving complex business challenges.
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure high quality, iterative results are delivered in an Agile method.
• Continually challenge yourself to expand and strengthen your skills.

Job Responsibiliies

• Experience building process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will need to have 2-3 years of experience with Python, SAS, Alteryx, Tableau & Machine Learning experience is a must.
• Candidate must have understanding on experience in Machine Learning models (Design & Implementation). Hands-on will be a plus.
• Ideal candidate would be an analytical thinker with superior data analysis skills and ability to project outcomes. Background in data analytics & automation is a plus.
• Must be able to quickly and objectively analyze and evaluate issues and form decisions.
• Ideal candidate will be able to synthesize data into actionable insights and effectively communicate to all levels of management.
• An acute attention to detail is required, specifically in terms of analytic rigor and output to eliminate the need for rework.
• Must be able to operate in a self-directed manner; must have a strong desire to take the initiative to deliver superior results with urgency.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis independently.
• Understanding of the data infrastructure in a Financial Services organization
• Experience working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
• Possess technical skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint for quicker navigations and leadership presentations and quick reviews/analysis.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or Master’s degree in any of the Quantitative disciplines is preferred.
• Ability to establishing an effective organizational structure and communication, being a role model, inspiring and motivating others, partnership, and effective time management.
• As a member of the team you should have courage, integrity, humility, strategic planning, and focus. Also able to mentor/guide peers in the team.
• Understanding on banking product.
